Variations of Renal Vasculature in Multi Detector Computed Tomography Evaluation of Abdomen

Introduction: Normal vascular supply to each kidney is by a single artery and vein on side. This normal pattern not found in all cases. Arterial variations can be accessory renal arteries which hilar, upper polar or lower early branching. Venous late confluence, multiple veins left there retroaortic circumaortic course of the vein.
 Aims: To evaluate vasculature patients who undergo contrast enhanced MultiDetector Computed Tomography abdomen.
 Methods: was hospital based cross sectional study done 290 consecutive underwent Multi Detector abdomen Nepalgunj Medical College. as well evaluated.
 Results: Total 158 (54.48%) cases had arterial supply. Out 132 with variation, 96 (72.7%) were unilateral branching most common variation (36.4%) followed (20.8%), (20.8%) hilar (16.6%) arteries. Concurrent combined system seen 2.08% respectively. 36 (27.27%) bilateral variations. Most 9.09% 11.03%.Late confluence 62.5% Rest veins. Left sided our study.
 Conclusion: Renal frequently observed routine evaluation abdomen. more than venous Unilateral bilateral.
